The Regional Sales Manager will work to meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. This individual will be responsible for executing strategic sales initiatives, fostering strong customer relationships, and ensuring our offerings remain competitive and innovative. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in sales with experience in cold calling and is motivated to build new relationships. Reporting directly to the President, you will oversee sales activities in the Pacific Northwest, including Vancouver, Canada, and contribute to our mission of promoting circular economy principles and energy-driven solutions.
- Actively engage with existing and prospective customers within the assigned region to promote company products and services, including IBC Totes and Drums that support the circular economy and energy efficiency.
- Build and expand our customer base through proactive cold calling and a relentless drive to succeed.
- Track sales activities, customer interactions, and communicate articulate sales cycle updates to management monthly, including forecasts and performance metrics.
- Follow up on quotes, proposals, and customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and customer conferences to promote brand visibility and generate leads.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams including marketing, product development, and customer support.
- Oversee territories in the Pacific Northwest, including Vancouver, Canada.

- Minimum of 1-2 years of sales experience in a relevant industry, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- In-depth understanding of sales techniques, customer relationship management, and performance metrics.
- Experience in sustainable or eco-friendly product sales, particularly in the circular economy space.
- Familiarity with industries such as Agriculture, Chemicals, Detergents, Energy, or Liquid Manufacturing.
- Competitive base salary commensurate with experience ($50,000-$75,000 attractive incentive bonus package reachable monthly targets, base salary depending on qualifications).
- Uncapped commission structure with a bonus based on success: Target 20-30% of base salary in performance bonuses tied to revenue growth, new customer acquisitions, and territory targets in key sectors like Agriculture, Chemical Industries, Detergent manufacturers, Energy companies, and Liquid Manufacturing.
