This role involves managing relationships with distributors, representatives, and direct customers while identifying new opportunities to expand our footprint. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical aptitude, a proven sales track record, and a passion for providing exceptional customer solutions. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve or exceed territory revenue targets.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through market analysis, networking, and prospecting.
- Maintain and grow relationships with distributors, sales representatives, and key accounts.
- Provide technical guidance and support to customers to ensure proper product selection and application.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including product management, engineering, and customer service, to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Conduct presentations, training sessions, and product demonstrations for customers and channel partners.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform strategic planning.
- Prepare and deliver sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses to leadership.
- Represent Armstrong International at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
- Willingness to learn or train in the position.
- Must have the physical and mental stamina to stand, walk, lift, and adjust to the noise and lighting of the manufacturing environment.

- Demonstrated ability to achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Strong understanding of humidification systems, applications, and industry standards is a plus.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
