The Regional Ops Systems Manager 1 is responsible for planning, implementing, and managing the operational administrative systems and processes that drive productivity and efficiency to include training, reporting, performance analysis, and program development.

- Creates, monitors, and improves responsive service to customers.
- Plans, develops, and trains an effective administrative staff to meet the demands of the Company as it grows.
- Works directly with top divisional management to identify, implement and maintain policies and procedures for branch administration to meet Company goals and market demand.
- Provides guidance, leadership, and training to the divisional administrative employees on all AP/AR systems.
- Serves as point of contact for administrative employees with questions about all AP/AR systems and procedures.
- Provides regional management with up-to-date, accurate reports.
- Assists in covering key staffing shortages as necessary.
- Completes all monthly safety and equipment-related trainings.
- Any other duty, responsibility or task as assigned by the supervisor.
- High School or GED equivalent, some college preferred.
- Must be at least 21 years of age and able to maintain insurability with Company insurance.
- Must have at least 5 years of general administrative experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications with minimal errors.
- Ability to effectively solve most issues independently.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English to the extent they understand verbal and written instructions in English.
- Must be able to communicate effectively with co-workers, customers, and management.
