FHE - Regional Operations Manager

Position Summary:

Responsible for management and oversight of remote and local shops, supporting the shop managers and their teams to deliver excellent results and achieve the highest operational standards across all areas of the business. Responsible for driving change and supporting all locations in adapting to changing business environments while upholding the highest standards for quality and customer service.

Environmental Conditions and Work Environment:

The performance of this position may require exposure to the manufacturing/assembly areas of the shop that require the mandatory use of personal protective equipment such as safety glasses, steel-toed footwear and hearing protection. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate although noise levels in the shop at certain times may be higher. For the most part, the employee will be exposed to ambient room temperatures, lighting and traditional office equipment as found in a typical office environment.

Physical Demands:

Individuals may need to sit or stand as needed, as well as drive a vehicle. The position may require walking primarily on a level surface for periodic periods throughout the day. The employee may reach above shoulder heights or below the waist or lift as required to file documents or store materials throughout the workday. Proper lifting techniques are required.

Other:

Travel will be expected with this position.

May have to work overtime hours as needed, according to Company workload.

Dress in a fashion that enables employees to complete the daily tasks, while maintaining a professional and appropriate appearance.
