We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills and a customer-focused mindset, and detail orientated. You’ll play a key role in supporting financial operations, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring monthly targets are met.
What you bring:
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding payment status and resolve issues promptly
- Enter customer payments against distributed invoices and update account balances
- Investigate payment discrepancies and liaise with the finance team to trace missing payments
- Adjust and update payment records, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up
- Monitor and reconcile customer accounts, supporting collection efforts
- Prepare and distribute customer invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
- Track inventory levels (propane and non-propane), identifying variances
- Assist with month-end financial recording and reporting
- Provide general administrative support including filing, document management, and supply ordering
- Maintain and update weekly/monthly customer pricing contracts
- Send fixed pricing letters to customers periodically
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Minimum Grade 12 education; post-secondary business or technical training preferred
- 1 year or less of relevant experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
