We are seeking a Regional Account Manager – West to expand ELM Microgrid’s presence across Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Utah, Washington, and Wyoming. This role will focus on driving growth in industrial, agricultural, and manufacturing hubs while developing long-term partnerships with co-ops and utilities. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in energy infrastructure sales and a strong knowledge of microgrids, BESS, and regional market dynamics.
• Lead efforts in markets with aggressive climate targets and renewable mandates
• Engage with utilities, municipalities, and tribal entities
• Support deployments in wildfire-prone and remote locations
• Develop and manage sales pipeline across assigned Western states to meet or exceed annual revenue targets
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts, channel partners, and stakeholders
• 5+ years of experience in regional energy infrastructure, utility, or clean energy sales
• Strong knowledge of microgrids, BESS, or power systems
• Experience with state and local incentive programs (preferred)
• Ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and remotely across a large territory
• Willingness to travel frequently wit0hin the Midwest region as well as to Company HQ in Dallas, TX
