SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

EDUCATION:

High school graduate with administrative skills and computer training. Bachelors or Administrative degree desired.


QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

Ability to meet deadlines and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment. Required to maintain confidential documents and information. Required to multitask and operate with high sense of urgency. Position required extensive interaction with employees, management and external candidates. Must always maintain a professional demeanor. Qualified individuals will be highly organized with strong attention to detail. Strong English (written and oral) communication skills required. Intermediate to advanced technical skills using Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Applicant Tracking Systems (iCIMS preferred) required.


TYPICAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers on recruiting processes which includes scheduling interviews, reserving conference rooms, and hosting candidates when they come onsite.

- Manage templates, including offer letters and job descriptions.

- Create and send offer letters leveraging DocuSign.

- Create and execute Agency Exhibits for contract hires.

- Manage projects as needed for the team including planning and execution of recruiting events.

- Maintain data integrity within Applicant Tracking System (iCIMS).

- Work closely with Proposals team to format and manage employee resumes.

- Actively participate in College Recruiting and Summer Internship Program.


LANGUAGE SKILLS

The ability to read, analyze and interpret policies, general business periodicals, professional journals, technical bulletins, and government regulations is essential for this role. The ability to write reports, business correspondence, policies and procedures is also a requirement as is the ability to effectively deliver oral presentations and to respond to questions from groups of managers, engineers, clients, and suppliers. Job success often hinges upon interpersonal communication and relationship development skills, and job tasks require frequent interchange and successful completion depends in large part upon effective interaction and communication with others.


MATHEMATICAL SKILLS

Position requires the ability to calculate figures and work with fractions and percentages, as well as to apply concepts such as ratios, probability, statistical inference, and proportions to practical situations.


PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Position requires the ability to hear normal conversation, see near objects and speak clearly. Occasionally may participate in a field trip to a job site which requires the ability to stand, walk, reach, climb, sit and balance. Lifting to 25 pounds unassisted may be required at times.


WORK ENVIRONMENT

Normally will work in an office environment, but occasionally may visit a construction site in an operating plant with proximity to operating machinery and exposure to outdoor weather conditions, loud noise, fumes, and airborne particle.
