Job Overview:
The primary job of the Team Coordinator is to assist the day-to-day Mitigation managers. The job types related to the operations can range from mold to water, smoke to fire, biohazard to emergency services, to all general repairs.
Essential Job Functions:•Respond to and dispatch teams to all mitigation calls.
•Inputting jobs into PSA on occasion.
•Monitor Job Management Report related to mitigation and/or repair jobs daily.
•Track KPI dates and follows up with Project Manager concerning alerts.
•Participate in first level of customer complaint issues.
•Other duties as assigned.
•Management and accuracy of PSA.
•A/R collection management and documentation.
•Customer Service and liaison.
•All admin and accounting for the team as well as needed assistance to the EST and PM .
•Creating Cheerleader Customers
•Job is entered into PSA and PM is notified.
•PM contacts the customer:
•TC creates Repair Binder Mitigation
•Daily/nightly job schedule. Prepare schedule for each work day by no later than 4:15pm.
•On call schedule. Prepare monthly on call schedule for water technicians.
•Participation in production meeting with Project Managers.
•Enter Billing in Xactimate
•Update all Program KPI and required updates
Repairs
•Send repairs to coordinator to schedule a repair estimator.
Skills/Qualifications:
•Proficient in Microsoft Office software (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Exchange)
•Excellent English written and verbal skills
Miscellaneous Information:
Required education:
•High school or equivalent
Required experience:
•Administration, Accounting Finance is a plus: 3 years
