Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Recruiter/HR Generalist with at least two years of recruiting experience to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage full-cycle recruiting processes, support talent management initiatives, and contribute to our company’s growth. You will play a vital part in sourcing top talent, building strong relationships with candidates and internal teams, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.

Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts across all departments

- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies

- Conduct thorough interviews, assess candidate skills, and facilitate the hiring process while maintaining compliance with employment laws

- Manage candidate pipelines through social media management tools and cold calling techniques to generate leads and build talent pools

- Negotiate employment terms with candidates while ensuring alignment with company policies and labor laws

- Facilitate onboarding processes by coordinating employee orientation sessions and preparing necessary employment documentation

- Foster strong relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide ongoing talent management support

Experience

- Minimum of two years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment with exposure to recruiting for all positions

- Strong knowledge of employment and labor laws as well as sourcing strategies

- Excellent communication skills for engaging candidates via social media management tools and cold calling techniques

- Familiarity with employee evaluation, employee relations, contract management, and training and development practices

- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities effectively while building relationships across teams
