We are a small AEC (Architecture/Engineering/Construction) Firm located in Laurel, MD and Washington, DC. You would be required to report to DC Location during the week based on schedule approved by Supervisor. There is parking available on site.
- Provide administrative support to executive and office team members
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments
- Coordinate and arrange meetings, conferences, and events
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Conduct research and gather information for projects
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Assist with project coordination and follow-up on action items
- Handle phone calls and inquiries with professionalism and discretion
- Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or office manager
- Proficient in using Google Suite and QuickBooks
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to proofread documents accurately
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
