We are looking for a full time, reliable Receptionist/Office Assistant to join our dedicated team of professionals.
The Receptionist/Office Assistant is primarily responsible for answering, screening and routing all incoming phone calls, emails and walk-in requests; and communicating effectively between customers and various internal resources to ensure client needs are addressed efficiently and with a high degree of professionalism. Beyond performing basic triage on incoming inquiries, the Receptionist/Office Assistant facilitates several other key aspects of the customer journey, including; gathering and verifying client data, establishing accurate client accounts in the company operations software and requisitioning certain required forms such as certificates of insurance. Additionally, the Receptionist/Office Assistant owns a set of weekly routines and processes that touch upon various aspects of business operations from finance to compliance; and must also be able to incorporate, prioritize and deliver on additional tasks as may be assigned. The role is multifaceted and requires a candidate who is comfortable working in a high volume, detail-rich setting where the priorities of multiple constituents may need to be managed simultaneously.

Comfort with shifting priorities and balancing the needs of multiple stakeholders
Strong verbal skills to communicate clearly and effectively in English using professional phone etiquette
Exhibit a positive attitude when working with customers
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Google Workspace application
Knowledge of digital document handling, electronic signature systems, etc.
Prior work for contractors, in building trades, for suppliers or in any real estate adjacent field is a plus
Experience with customer relationship management software is a plus
