About the Role Manage the front desk by greeting visitors, answering calls, and directing inquiries File and maintain safety paperwork in compliance with MSHA regulations Procure office and operational supplies to support smooth operations Handle intercompany mailings and ensure timely distribution Assist with event planning and coordinate travel between sites Provide site-specific training for visitors and manage sign-in/sign-out procedures Assist with receiving orders Perform data entry for operational production and safety records What We Offer Competitive Pay: Starting at $23 to 25 per hour, based on experience.
