· Prepares packages/boxes materials for shipment to minimize the risk of potential damage during shipment.
· Performs accurate physical counts of all inventory, adjusting computer systems and notifying Supervisor of discrepancies.
· Logs all required information into the Company’s inventory and order processing databases.
· Stores all products in their specified warehouse locations.
· Receives and inspects incoming materials and in-process products from production or third party vendors.
· Compares incoming production materials and shipments against acceptance criteria and accurately logs products into inventory database.
· Proactively identifies and segregates materials/ products that are damaged or do not meet Company specifications.
· Keeps accurate, detailed, and timely record keeping for all shipping and receiving activities.
· Takes responsibility for keeping the shipping area safe, clean, and organized.
· Must have minimum 3 year experience and/or Highschool diploma or GED.
· Experience with parcel, LTL, and FTL shipping
· Must be able to work in a team environment.
