About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Receiving Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for processing paperwork for received shipments, ensuring proper distribution of items within the facility, and investigating discrepancies in purchase order (PO) documentation. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

What You’ll Do

- Process and verify paperwork for all incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

- Inspect received goods for damage and confirm compliance with purchase orders and company standards.

- Distribute materials, parts, and supplies to appropriate areas within the facility based on inventory needs.

- Investigate discrepancies between received shipments and PO documentation, coordinating with vendors and internal teams for resolution.

- Maintain accurate receiving records and update inventory management systems as needed.

- Create and maintain the receiving appointment schedule to ensure efficient coordination of inbound shipments.

- Communicate effectively with procurement, warehouse, and production teams to ensure smooth material flow.

- Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain stock accuracy.

- Follow safety and compliance guidelines in handling and storing received materials.

Additional Expectations

- Remain compliant with the Code of Conduct and Policies which includes the Kingspan Group Compliance Policy.

- Ensure that all duties related to product compliance are adhered to in accordance with the Product Compliance Policy, Laws, Regulations, and market demands.

- Responsible for all tasks to achieve compliance goals and demands of the Compliance Management System.

- Must raise concerns related to the Compliance Management System to their supervisor, manager, or any member of the Leadership Team, or through the confidential whistle blower service.

What You’ll Bring

- Previous experience in a receiving or logistics role within a manufacturing environment preferred.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

- Proficiency in inventory systems and basic computer applications.

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to lift and move materials as required.

- Knowledge of shipping, receiving, and procurement processes is a plus.
