Key Responsibilities:

Accurate Data Entry & Record-Keeping: Process customer equipment and maintain precise records to ensure timely and correct deliveries.

Customer Service: Provide excellent service, addressing any concerns and ensuring customer satisfaction at every step of the process.

Problem-Solving: Quickly address and resolve issues related to equipment or paperwork, ensuring seamless operations.

•

Flexibility: Adapt to the daily fluctuations in workload and demands, remaining responsive to shifting priorities and management guidance.

Qualifications:

•

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.

•

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn various computer systems and portals.

Attention to Detail: A sharp eye for accuracy and the ability to manage high volumes of paperwork efficiently.

•

Organizational Skills: Strong memory and an ability to juggle multiple tasks with minimal supervision.

•

Customer Service Experience: Prior experience in customer relations or customer service is a plus.
