Office Clerk

Experience in an office environment in manufacturing setting required; Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Applications; good keyboarding skills; ability to answer phone professionally; basic Math skills; capable of operating various types of office equipment (fax, copier, computer, label-maker, etc.); ability to follow instructions and be detail-oriented; make be required to lift 30 lbs.

Description of Duties:

- Takes direction from Office Supervisor and Management

- Performs data entry of customer shipping requirements to produce necessary paperwork for shipments; calling in trucks to move parts/equipment; Packing Slips/Bill of Ladings

- Produces labels for Shipping ( e.g. FedEx/UPS, etc)

- Assists with registering visitors and customers, ensures that they are provided with the required safety protection for entering the plant, and contacts the party they are to meet with efficiently and courteously

- Performs various administrative duties as requested

- Other duties as required

As an Office Clerk, you will be integral to maintaining efficient office operations and providing excellent customer service. Reporting to the Operations Manager, your core responsibilities will include data entry, filing, and managing phone communications with professionalism. Your proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic math will support daily administrative tasks, while your organizational skills will ensure a well-structured work environment. With the ability to handle multi-line phone systems and experience in clerical duties, you will contribute significantly to our team's success in a manufacturing setting.
