Opportunity Highlights

- Pay: 19.06/hr + $0.25 shift differential

- Schedule: Full-time; 1st Shift | Mon-Fri | 7AM-3:30PM

- Location: On-site position

- Paid weekly!

What will you do? Make an impact!

As a Receiving Clerk, you’ll play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly by managing the paperwork behind incoming waste shipments. This is a great opportunity for detail-oriented individuals who enjoy working with systems, staying organized, and ensuring accuracy in a compliance-driven environment.

Key Job Responsibilities

- Review incoming shipment paperwork to ensure accuracy and completeness

- Enter manifest data into internal systems, verifying regulatory details

- Generate and apply labels for waste containers using tracking software

- Partner with customer service to resolve documentation discrepancies

- Maintain organized digital and physical records of shipments

- Process and upload manifests and billing documents to required systems

- Other duties as assigned

Do you have what it takes?

- High school diploma or equivalent experience

- Comfortable using computers and data entry systems

- Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized

- Able to work independently and manage time effectively

- Basic math skills and ability to follow written procedures

- Knowledge of DOT/RCRA regulations or SAP is a plus
