Quotation Specialist

Summary

The Quotation Specialist' primary role is to handle, and process estimate requests from the initial inquiry up to its completion. Quotation Specialist’ duties include entering estimates based on list and details provided by customers via phone and/or email. Quotation Specialist' are responsible for providing and calculating accurate pricing and availability to customers. Interdepartmental communication will be required to obtain some pricing and lead time requirements where needed. All special pricing requests will be routed through Sales Management for approval. Candidates must have excellent communication skills, attention to details, a positive attitude, and the willingness and desire to learn new skills. This position reports directly to the Team Lead-Quotes Department.
