We are seeking part-time, skilled subcontractors from various trades to be a part of our ambitious redevelopment program. The ideal candidates are qualified and experienced in the various construction trades:

Roofing

Electrical

Plumbing

HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning)

Carpentry

Landscaping

Painting

Masonry

Flooring (such as tile, hardwood, or carpet installation)

Drywall and plastering

Concrete work

Siding installation

Insulation installation

Demolition services
