Quality Process Engineer

Job Description Summary

Quality Process Engineer- Schenectady Cores and Castings. Product quality review associated with the manufacturing process of investment castings. Responsible for departmental operations planning/execution or is focused on execution of professional activities within a technical discipline. Functions with some autonomy but guided by established policies or review of end results. The job allows modification of procedures and practices covering work as long as the end results meet standards of acceptability (quality, volume, timeliness etc.).

The base pay range for this position is $74,800 – $95,000 USD. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for bonuses, such as a performance bonus/variable incentive compensation/equity. This position is expected to close on March 31, 2025, or thereafter.

The company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120%, or 130% of salary in certain areas.
