Drive continuous improvement by implementing sustainable changes to work practices, procedures, and methods, leading to enhanced productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.
Conduct equipment utilization and capability studies to support capacity planning and process optimization.
Perform production trials and testing to validate the adequacy of operational controls and process performance.
Deliver training on Statistical Process Control (SPC) fundamentals to production personnel, fostering data-driven decision-making.
Apply core engineering principles to provide technical support to internal teams and customers as required.
Investigate customer complaints by tracing issues to the originating work center and conducting thorough root cause analyses.
Lead corrective and preventive action initiatives in collaboration with internal teams and through on-site customer engagement when necessary.
Conduct internal process audits to evaluate system effectiveness and ensure compliance with customer requirements and industry standards.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned in support of departmental and organizational goals.
