As a Quality Coordinator, you’ll play an important role in supporting and maintaining Deep Well Services’ Quality Management System (QMS). This position works closely with multiple departments to ensure processes meet the highest standards of safety, accuracy, and compliance. You will assist in audits, training, incident investigations, and continuous improvement initiatives that support our company’s commitment to quality and operational excellence.
Location: Canidate MUST be local to the Haynesville Office – Kilgore/Longview, TX however, must be willing to travel to different DWS facilities and occasional field visits. Wage: Based on experience Status: Full-time, Exempt Reports to: Quality Manager Travel Requirements: Up to 25% Schedule: Monday thru Friday, Flexible to meet operational needs – may include long or irregular hours

Key Responsibilities
Assist with incident investigations, providing guidance on root cause and corrective actions.
Recommend process and equipment improvements to promote a safer, more efficient work environment.
Provide employee training—both in-field and classroom settings—on QMS procedures and best practices.
Support management during customer audits and quality reviews.
Manage and track calibration of testing, measuring, and monitoring equipment in the field and shop.
Coordinate with third-party vendors for NDT, calibration, and repair services.
Conduct internal and external audits of quality systems and vendor programs.
Prepare and review service quality plans, ensuring completeness and compliance.
Collaborate with management and field employees on nonconformance, corrective, and preventive actions.
Support the Management of Change (MOC) process, including development, training, and verification.
Assist with document and record control for QMS-related materials.
Conduct warehouse inspections and monitor purchasing and maintenance reports for compliance with API and ISO standards.
Participate in annual management reviews and customer satisfaction assessments.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications Education: College degree preferred in a related field. Experience: Minimum 1 year in a quality, safety, or industry-related role; experience with API Q1, API Q2, ISO 9001:2015, or similar standards preferred. Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and the ability to lead or assist in training and audits.
Other Requirements: Must have a valid driver’s license, meet minimum driving requirements for company insurance purposes, and successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
