Job Title: Quality Control Administrator
Department: Administration / Invoicing Operations

Job Type: Part-time position, but could potentially be Full-time
Job Summary:
The Quality Control Administrator is responsible for attention to detail and overseeing the maintenance of quality processes. This role involves administrative duties, document control, inspection support, data entry, and communication between departments.
Key Responsibilities:
•Assisting with invoicing
•Entering data into database software and checking to ensure the accuracy of the data that has been inputted
•Review copy for accuracy, format, and spelling
•Provide occasional administrative support. Review data for deficiencies or errors
•Resolving discrepancies in information and obtaining further information for incomplete documents.
•Update customer information in a database
•Occasionally answering phones/scheduling
Qualifications:
•High school diploma or equivalent
•1+ years of experience in a quality control, quality assurance, or administrative support role.
•Strong Computer and communication skills.
•Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
•Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
•Proved data entry work experience, as a data entry operator or office clerk
