1.1. To describe, within reason, the responsibilities of the Quality Assurance Inspector, define the level of authority and responsibility for the individuals performing these tasks, and the chain of command for this position.
2.1. This procedure applies to all people, who manage or produce product at Lewark Metal Spinning, Inc.
3.4. Provide input in relation to continual improvement.
3.5. Provide input into any and all data gathering / rendering systems.
3.7. Must follow quality system policies and procedures.
3.8. Performs any and all other duties and projects that may be assigned by the Quality Assurance Manager.
4.1. Moderate to ability to read technical drawings (“blueprints”).
4.2. The ability to use common measuring equipment.
4.3. The ability to read, write, and speak the English language.
4.4. The ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide, using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.
4.9. The ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out detailed and sometimes involved written duties, diagrammed, or oral instructions.
4.10. The ability to effectively communicate technical information.
4.11. The ability to work unsupervised for moderate to long periods of time while accomplishing tasks.
4.12. Body positions of standing up to eight (8) hours a day, walking, climbing stairs, twisting, pushing, pulling, using hands, fingers to handle, feel, and to reach with hands and arms.
4.13. The ability to lift materials up to thirty (30) pounds on a frequent, daily basis.
4.14. The ability to see clearly, identify colors, and have depth perception and the ability to focus quickly.
5.1. Accuracy of measurements / quality of work.
5.2. Volume of work completed in any given period.
5.4. The ability to work effectively within a team environment.
