Quality Inspector

The Quality Inspector’s main responsibility is to ensure finished parts conform with requirements listed on work tickets and customer purchase orders. In addition to final part inspection, at the direction of the quality manager, the inspector performs the following:

· In process quality checks

· Certifications of conformance

· Salt Spray documentation

· Calibration of x-ray machines and fisher scope

· Documentation of nonconforming product

· Testing of customer parts including x-ray, gaging, etc.

In order to successfully complete the above duties, the Quality Inspector must have the following skills and knowledge:

· Time management skills

· The ability to read and comprehend customer purchase orders and GLMF work tickets

· The ability to consistently and accurately complete paperwork ensuring compliance;

The ability to work independently and efficiently

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
