Overview

The Quality Inspector plays a pivotal role in maintaining the quality standards of a company's products. The primary responsibility is to inspect, verify and document the quality of the products at the Gorbel. Ensuring that all products meet the quality standards and reporting ALL incidents, violations, accidents, complaints in Safety Culture.

Key Responsibilities

1. Inspect parts in real time.

2. Perform time observations with a team.

3. Work with a team in the creation of Standard Work Instructions.

4. Document any re-work time in real time.

5. Document material review in real time.

6. Perform quality reports for all incidents, violations, accidents, complaints, and standard reporting (with verified proof).
