Work Schedule:

- 40 hours per week, Monday through Thursday.

- Monday - Thursday: 6:00am - 4:30pm.

- Fridays as needed.

General Description of Duties:

You’ll support our production and quality teams through a mix of documentation, coordination, and communication. Key responsibilities include:

- Quality Documentation: Create and manage in-process inspection documents and FAI (First Article Inspection) reports.

- Process Support: Partner with production to develop clear work instructions and setup sheets that help ensure consistent quality.

- Drawing Review: Balloon customer drawings and handle conversions from metric to imperial standards.

- Data Management: Maintain hold tag logs and upload all required quality documents to customer portals when orders are complete.

- ISO Compliance: Support the Quality Supervisor with ISO audit preparation and continuous implementation of standards across facilities.

- Continuous Improvement: Assist with Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Corrective Action Reports (CAR), helping to drive improvement initiatives.

- Cross-Department Collaboration: Provide assistance to other departments and take on various internal quality tasks as needed.

Additional Opportunities to Learn and Contribute:

- Model programs and quoting backup

- Checking in and updating work orders

- Managing customer OOR (Out of Requirement) documentation

- Supporting shipping paperwork and scheduling as needed

Requirements:

Qualifications/Physical Demands:

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Experience with manufacturing or quality systems (ISO experience a plus)

- Comfort working with technical documents and drawings

- Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office, data entry, document management systems)

- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn new tasks
