JOB SUMMARY

Manage and maintain quality control processes and procedures designed to ensure continuous production that meets or exceeds customer expectations. In this role, the manager will work with the Corporate Quality Director toward achieving both company and departmental goals.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

- Analyze, negotiate, and process quality claims for Appleton, WI division.

- Accurately track, respond to, and maintain record(s) of customer quality claims and issues.

- Assist in the development, implementation, and execution of quality assurance standard operating procedures (SOP’s)

- Make decisions related to quality on the production floor; assist other department managers with ensuring safe and efficient daily operations that produce high quality products.

- Concise documentation and information sharing within and among divisions related to quality.

- Coordinates and oversees customer requested internal trials for new business or high-profile requirements.

- Acts as liaison between Quality Department and customers, both internal and external.

- Strong Communication skills are required.
