Overview

We’re looking for a Quality Assurance Manager to lead our quality operations within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for maintaining ISO 9001 and AS9100 compliance, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring every product meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and reliability. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who understands both the technical and operational sides of manufacturing quality systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee all quality assurance activities, ensuring manufacturing processes and products meet specifications and industry standards.

- Develop, implement, and maintain ISO 9001 and AS9100-compliant quality management systems.

- Plan and conduct internal audits; prepare for and manage external audits and certifications.

- Lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action (CAPA) programs to address quality issues and drive improvements.

- Collaborate with engineering, production, and supply chain teams to strengthen quality controls and streamline processes.

- Track and report key quality metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement.

- Train, mentor, and support employees on quality procedures, documentation, and standards.

- Serve as the main point of contact for quality-related customer and supplier interactions.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related technical field.

- 5+ years of experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment.

- Strong working knowledge of ISO 9001 and AS9100 standards.

- Proven success managing audits, nonconformances, and process improvements.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and quality management tools (QMS).

Work Environment

Office-based role with regular interaction on the production floor. Standard office equipment is used daily.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $125,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
