About This Job

Are you detail-oriented with a passion for accuracy and organization? JM Test Systems is looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a QA Clerk. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that customer and rental work orders, special requirements (SR), data sheets, and equipment are accurate and in good working order. You'll process paperwork using our specialized computer programs, helping to maintain the highest quality standards in our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

•

Review and verify customer and rental work orders, special requirements, data sheets, and equipment for accuracy and functionality.

•

Ensure all documents and equipment meet the company's quality standards and are in proper working order.

•

Utilize JM-specific computer programs to process and manage paperwork efficiently.

Qualifications:

•

Attention to Detail: You must have an eye for precision and the ability to spot even the smallest discrepancies.

•

Strong Communication Skills: Excellent English, grammar, and spelling, with the ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing.

•

Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using software such as Word and Excel, with the ability to quickly learn company-specific websites and databases.

•

Organizational Excellence: Strong editing skills and a methodical approach to managing tasks.
