About the Role: Triple H Construction is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Administrative Clerk to support our daily office operations. This role will involve handling a variety of administrative tasks including document management, answering business emails, supply orders, and receptionist duties. You will play a vital role in keeping the office organized, efficient, and professional. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, tech-savvy, and committed to excellent internal and external communication.
· Serve as the first point of contact for phone calls, emails, and in-person visitors
· Professionally handle and respond to business emails
· Communicate with vendors, contractors, and clients; direct communications as needed
· Place and track office, shop, and field supply orders
· Perform document-related tasks: copying, scanning, faxing, and digital filing
· Maintain and update organized filing systems—both physical and digital
· Input data into electronic systems or via scanning tools
· Assist in processing client documentation and internal requests
· Retrieve incoming shipments and deliver documents between departments
· Ensure the office is clean, well-stocked, and efficiently run
· Support various teams with general administrative needs
· Minimum of 3 years of administrative and data entry experience
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and standard office software
· Experience with accounting and document management systems is a plus
· Positive attitude and strong customer service orientation
· Willingness to learn and grow within the organization
· Full-time position: 40-hour work week, with overtime as necessary.
· Occasional evening or weekend hours may be required.
