As a critical member of a rapidly growing roll forming company, you will be vital in the company’s success! They are responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction with roll forming services, issue resolution and overall retention of their customers.
Processes orders, prepares correspondence, and fulfills customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction.
Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
Address customer issues and ensure effective and long-term problem resolution.
Provide timely feedback to Management regarding service failures or customer concerns.
Create PO/order for extrusion material and outside processing
Notify vendors or quality for issues/rejects and issue credit or debit memos
Update KanBan board with PO, dates and vendor info
Update S/O for Daimler EDI for both GCS and RV Mon-Fri
Accountable for all aspects of customer relationships; primary go-to person for your customer base,
Works with the sales team in leading the onboarding of new customers to ensure a seamless implementation.
Collaborates with other functional departments (accounts receivable, operations, and quality) to assure that
Ensuring proactive communication with customers on order acknowledgements and production status.
Responsible for guiding and supervising complaint resolution. Working directly with key internal partners,
achieves timely responses on all issues along with setting proper expectations for customers.
Ensuring that data is exchanged accurately and efficiently through the EDI system – troubleshoot issues, etc.
Facilitates regular communication across all internal teams to support consistent service delivery.
Monitor daily incoming sales to report to management team.
Support the sales team with information regarding customer activity and status.
Able to participate and/or take the lead in special projects.
High school diploma or equivalent, 2+ Years Related Experience
3+ years corporate experience in client management, customer service, or client support role
Preferred experience with steel industry procurement, spot buys, MIN/MAX buys, and distribution centers, MRO and supply purchasing. Everything from office supplies to steel coil. Computer proficiency. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work with teams in various departments.
Visual and Hearing: Must be able to see with corrective eye wear, must be able to hear clearly with assistance, wearing hearing protection. Sitting, standing, bending, reaching, occasional lifting weights to 35lbs. Ability to move around manufacturing floor.
