Pump Mechanic

Multi W Systems is a Pump and Controls company that started in 1986. We have grown rapidly in recent years and are looking for new pump mechanic to tear down pumps, inspect them and rebuild them. The duties will include but are not limited to the following:

- Performing evaluations of pumps and motors

- Disassembly of various styles of pumps:

- Submersible Pumps(most common)

- End Suction Pumps

- Split Case Pumps

- Motors

- Removing and Replacing Bearings

- Follow manufacturer's manuals to ensure proper disassembly and assembly

- Power tool and hand tool usage

- Reporting parts that are out of tolerance

Secondary Duties:

- Assisting pump techs with testing and evaluations

- Keeping the shop clean

- Keeping tools organized and maintained

- Helping with loading and unloading

This is a full time position, attendance and punctuality is crucial.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $28.00 per hour
