The Project Supervisor oversees and manages all activities for awarded scope on their assigned construction projects. This role ensures projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and according to quality standards. On the project the Project Supervisor will coordinate trades (internal employees and/or subcontractors), schedule work, document on site events, resolve issues, and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders. Off the project, the Project Supervisor will communicate material, labor, equipment and change order needs with appropriate office personnel.
Typical scopes: Non structural demo, layout, framing, insulating, sheathing/drywall hanging, drywall finishing, wall protection, and acoustic ceilings.
