What You'll Be Doing:
•
Taking the lead on commercial roofing projects from kickoff to closeout.
•
Working closely with clients, vendors, foremen, and our in-house team to make sure everything runs smoothly.
•
Keeping jobs on schedule and within budget without breaking a sweat.
•
Making regular site visits to ensure quality work and a safe job site (hard hat looks good on you).
•
Handling change orders, RFIs, and paperwork like a pro.
•
Solving problems before anyone else even sees them coming.
•
Representing Division 7 Roofing with professionalism, pride, and a little bit of swagger.
What You Bring to the Table:
•
5+ years of experience in construction or commercial roofing project management.
•
Strong working knowledge of roofing systems (TPO, EPDM, Modified, etc.).
•
Leadership skills that keep teams motivated and projects moving.
•
You’re tech-savvy (comfortable with tools like Procore, Excel, etc.).
•
You can read blueprints, manage budgets, and still pick up the phone with a smile.
•
OSHA 30? Even better.
•
Valid driver’s license (we’ll get you where you need to go).
