Field Project Supervisor

Field Project Manager This is a full time on site role as a project supervisor at Blue Coast Aluminum located in West Palm . The project supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating various projects ( 7 crews ), ensuring they are completed within budget and on schedule. They will collaborate with team members and clients to ensure project objectives are met and deliverable of high quality.. The project supervisor will also monitor project process, identify and resolve issues , and provide regular status updates to management . Keeping jobs on budget for labor and materials .

Qualifications

*Strong project management skills , Including planning ,organizing and implementing projects , Making sure the customer is satisfied . Able to ask for a review when project is completed being confident we did our job correctly.

*Excellent leadership and communications skills. English and Spanish is a MUST . Must be able to communicate with superintendents and the retail customer . Communicating with your staff in a positive manner to keep them motivated ensuring work is completed to the customers satisfaction.

* Ability to analyze and solve problems, and make sound decisions to keep production on schedule . And keeping scrap down.

.* Attention to detail and ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast paced environment. Able to read and understand blueprints . Computer friendly .

* Experience in construction , Aluminum products would be a positive .

* Hands on type of Manager , Willing to do what's needed to get a job completed and satisfy customers .

* Clean driving records are a must to drive our vehicles.

*Able to sell extended warranties and service programs to your clients at completion of the job
