Duties
•Manage daily operations on the construction site, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
•Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and laborers to ensure project timelines are met.
•Review project plans, schematics, and specifications to ensure accurate execution of work.
•Develop and maintain project schedules using construction management software tools such as Procore.
•Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that arise promptly.
•Implement quality control measures to ensure all work meets industry standards and client expectations.
•Prepare and submit reports on project status, including updates on scheduling, budget adherence, and any potential risks.
•Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to facilitate effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Skills
•Proficiency in construction management software including Procore (Required) for effective project scheduling and documentation.
•Strong understanding of contract management principles to navigate agreements with subcontractors and suppliers.
•Experience with quality control processes to uphold high standards in construction practices.
•Familiarity with pipeline construction techniques and relevant industry regulations.
•Ability to interpret schematics and technical drawings for accurate implementation of project plans.
•Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and resolve conflicts effectively.
•Strong organizational skills with attention to detail to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
