About the Role:
We are seeking a Project Superintendent to oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of an active multifamily condominium construction project in Hallandale Beach. The 30-unit structure is nearing completion of its core framing, with roofing and specialty trades currently underway. This role is key in maintaining project timelines, ensuring quality, and coordinating site activity.
Key Responsibilities:
•
Manage and supervise all on-site construction activities
•
Coordinate specialty trades and subcontractors to ensure timely and quality work
•
Monitor and enforce safety compliance across the jobsite
•
Track progress and resolve any field-related issues in real time
•
Ensure work is completed according to design plans, specifications, and local code requirements
•
Conduct daily walk-throughs and maintain a clean, organized jobsite
•
Use Procore to update documentation, manage RFIs, submittals, and daily logs
•
Communicate with the Project Manager and other stakeholders on scheduling, inspections, and site updates
Qualifications:
•
Proven experience as a Superintendent in multifamily or condo construction projects
•
Strong understanding of all phases of construction, especially roofing, MEP, and finish work
•
Familiarity with Procore construction management software is required
•
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
•
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents
•
Local to the Hallandale Beach area or willing to commute daily
