About the Role:

- We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support the execution of capital projects across the Midwest Region. This is a highly execution-focused role, responsible for taking approved and scoped capital projects and driving them through planning, construction, execution, and closeout.

- The ideal candidate is a hands-on, results-driven Project Manager who can independently manage multiple stakeholders, contractors, outages, and field activities, delivering projects safely, on time, and within budget, with minimal oversight.

- This position is 100% capital charged.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead capital projects from formal handoff through final closeout

- Own and manage all aspects of project execution, including:

- Scope

- Schedule

- Cost

- Safety

- Quality

- Execute a repeatable portfolio of asset replacement projects, including but not limited to:

- Booster pump replacements

- Valve replacements

- Pressure Control Valves (PCVs)

- Assume full project ownership once equipment is ordered and drive projects to completion

- Develop simplified drawing packages as required (e.g., actuators, controllers, power)

- Coordinate closely with key internal stakeholders, including:

- Regional Operations supervisors and engineers

- Asset Management Coordinators (ACMs)

- Outage Coordinators

- Identify and mitigate project risk through effective upfront planning

- Lead and manage:

- Management of Change (MOC) processes

- Risk reviews

- Procure materials and services in accordance with company processes

- Manage contractors and vendors during field execution

- Ensure complete, accurate documentation and proper project closeout

Required Qualifications:

- Demonstrated experience delivering capital projects as a Project Manager

- Strong execution experience across:

- Detailed project planning

- Field execution and construction oversight

- Project closeout

- Proven ability to successfully execute projects with loosely defined scope

- Experience working collaboratively with:

- Operations teams

- Field construction personnel

- Contractors and vendors

- Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

- Prior Enbridge experience

- Background in pipeline, energy, or other regulated asset-intensive industries

- Familiarity with:

- Oracle purchasing systems

- Management of Change (MOC) processes

- Outage planning and coordination

- Maximo asset management system
