Project Manager

Global Consulting & Engineering company with physical presence in 17 countries is currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage fiberglass blade damage assessment and repair strategies.

- Coordinate drone inspections for wind turbine blades and composite structures.

- Oversee anti-icing system troubleshooting and repairs.

- Plan and manage materials and resources for composite repairs.

- Support on-site repair teams and ensure safety and quality standards.

- Maintain project documentation, KPIs, and stakeholder communication.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field.

- 5+ years of project management experience in wind energy or composite repair.

- Proven expertise in fiberglass blade repairs, inspections, and logistics.

- Knowledge of composite materials and repair techniques.

- Familiarity with drone inspection technologies.

- Strong organizational, resource planning, and communication skills.

- English required; French preferred.
