Reporting to the Director, you will be responsible for overseeing structural steel projects from estimation and sales through to final delivery. This includes managing schedules, controlling job costs, coordinating with drafting and shop teams, and ensuring smooth communication between departments. If you are a detailed oriented, organized, and driven individual with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering high-quality results, we want to hear from you!

We offer competitive starting wages beginning at $32 per hour, with final rates determined by your experience, skill level, and how well you align with the role. We appreciate dedication and commitment, and we conduct thorough performance reviews after three months and annually to acknowledge outstanding work and support employee growth.
