Position Overview
+ Oversee all aspects of utility-scale solar construction projects, from planning to final commissioning. + Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, subcontractors, and vendors. + Build and maintain effective relationships with project team members and stakeholders.
+ Develop comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation. + Coordinate and monitor the execution of project activities to ensure compliance with design specifications and quality standards. + Identify and mitigate risks to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
+ Prepare, monitor, and control project budgets, ensuring alignment with financial objectives. + Manage project expenses and approve invoices for subcontractors and vendors. + Track cost performance and implement corrective actions when necessary.
+ Lead multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, subcontractors, and field staff. + Assign responsibilities, monitor progress, and provide support to ensure team performance. + Facilitate regular meetings to discuss project status, address challenges, and align objectives.
+ Ensure projects comply with all regulatory requirements, permits, and company standards. + Enforce adherence to health and safety protocols across all project phases. + Conduct regular site inspections to monitor compliance and address any issues promptly.
+ Prepare and deliver regular project status reports to clients and senior management. + Maintain accurate and organized project documentation, including contracts, schedules, and change orders. + Provide insights and lessons learned to improve future project performance.
+ Ensure that all construction work meets or exceeds quality standards. + Address and resolve quality issues in collaboration with field teams and subcontractors. + Coordinate testing, inspections, and commissioning activities.
