Role Description

This full-time, on-site Project Manager role is based in New England. The Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring they meet quality, timeline, and budget requirements. Responsibilities include coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing project resources, tracking progress, resolving issues, and maintaining communication with stakeholders. The role will also involve risk assessment and implementing strategies to ensure project success. Collaboration, leadership, and problem-solving skills will be integral to this position.

Qualifications

- Project management expertise, including experience with planning, scheduling, and resource allocation

- Strong communication and organizational skills for managing teams and stakeholders

- Problem-solving and risk management abilities

- Experience in the energy sector or a related field is a plus

- Proficiency with project management software and tools

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field

- Relevant certifications, such as PMP (Project Management Professional), are beneficial
