Project Manager

Position: Project Manager

Invictus Roofing is seeking a dedicated Project Manager to oversee site operations and supervise our roofing crews. As a pivotal member of our team, you will ensure efficient project execution and maintain our commitment to quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities:

- Arrive at Job Sites at 7:30 AM

- Supervise roofing crews on-site to ensure projects are completed on time-Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to procure materials and equipment as needed.

- Conduct regular inspections and take progress photos throughout the build to ensure work meets company standards and client expectations.

- Maintain accurate records of project progress, materials used

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in project management, preferably in the construction or roofing industry.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively.

- Possession of a valid driver's license and a reliable truck for transportation.

- Excellent organizational and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

- Workers Compensation Insurance is required

Benefits:

- Competitive pay: Invictus pays a rate of $250.00 dollars per job you project manage. $60,000 per year or $31.25 an hour on average.
