We are seeking a Project Manager to support daily field activities across energy and infrastructure projects. In this role, you will ensure operational efficiency, compliance with safety standards, and provide hands-on support for project execution. You will play a key part in maintaining high-quality field operations and driving project success.
Key Responsibilities
•Plan, coordinate, and manage the execution of energy and infrastructure projects from initiation through completion.
•Lead multidisciplinary teams and contractors across various field locations, ensuring alignment with project goals, timelines, and budgets.
•Monitor project performance metrics and adjust plans as necessary to meet deliverables.
•Ensure all work complies with safety regulations, environmental requirements, and company standards.
•Conduct regular site visits to assess progress, resolve issues, and support team needs on the ground.
•Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, including clients, vendors, engineers, and internal teams.
•Prepare and present reports, updates, and risk assessments to senior management.
•Support procurement processes, subcontractor selection, and contract management as required.
•Identify process improvements and implement best practices to drive operational excellence.
•Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous learning within project teams.
Qualifications
•Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.
•5+ years of experience managing infrastructure and/or energy projects (renewables, utilities, civil, etc.).
•Proven ability to manage complex field operations and cross-functional teams.
•Strong understanding of safety and environmental compliance requirements in the energy sector.
•Excellent project planning, scheduling, and budgeting skills.
•Effective communicator with strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
•Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or similar platforms).
•PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.
