Project Manager - Construction

Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee and manage various construction projects throughout North America. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction management, project coordination, and possess strong skills in various construction management software. Must have experience within the construction industry, preferably within structural steel. This is an office based position with some travel to job sites as necessary.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee construction projects from conception to completion

- Coordinate work with subcontractors & vendors

- Review project plans, specifications, and schedules

- Ensure projects are completed within budget and on time

- Monitor and report on project progress

- Communicate with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors

- Ensure quality control and safety compliance measures are in place and followed

Skills:

- Proficiency in construction management software

- Strong knowledge of construction estimating and project scheduling

- Ability to read blueprints and schematics

- Excellent time management and organizational skills

- Effective project coordination abilities

Qualifications

- Experience within steel industry preferred

- Proficiency in construction management software

- Strong project scheduling and coordination skills

- Experience in construction estimating and management

- Ability to read blueprints and schematics

- Familiarity with quality control processes

- Knowledge of ProCore, Bluebeam, and Primavera P6

- Background in civil engineering or related field

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
