We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager to support our project management team in planning, coordinating, and executing construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction processes, the ability to read drawings and specifications, and excellent organizational skills.
- Assist Project Managers in planning, scheduling, and managing construction projects from start to finish
- Review drawings, blueprints, and specifications to support project execution
- Coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
- Track project progress, budgets, and schedules
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
- Support job site meetings and help communicate updates between office and field personnel
- Ensure all work complies with company safety standards and client requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (required, not required)
- 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, estimating, or construction management (preferred)
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, or similar)
- Team-oriented with a proactive attitude and eagerness to learn
