NorthStar Energy Solutions (a Quanta Services company) is seeking an

to support the planning and coordination of high-voltage electric transmission and distribution construction and maintenance projects.

- Project Scheduling & Coordination

- Develop and maintain reports to track project timelines and milestones.

- Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors for project setup and execution.

- Estimating & Documentation

- Assist estimators with quantity take-offs and submittals.

- Prepare and submit RFIs (Requests for Information) to clients; participate in project-related conference calls.

- Project Tracking & Reporting

- Maintain a comprehensive log of project updates, challenges, and barriers.

- Monitor and report on resource delays, permitting status, Right-of-Way progress, and other critical project elements.

- Team & Administrative Support

- Provide support to Project Managers, Superintendents, and General Superintendents to ensure smooth project flow.

- Serve as the liaison for the off-site administrative team, ensuring timely completion of paperwork, including time sheets, receipts, invoices, and reports.

- Equipment & Materials Management

- Track project equipment, including rentals, leases, breakdowns, relocations, etc.

Assist with project consumables, materials, etc., ensuring they are ordered, on-site, and ready to be utilized

- General knowledge and understanding of construction jobsite processes and procedures.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

- Strong computer proficiency and ability to quickly learn new systems and tools.

- Effective scheduling and delegation to accomplish tasks on time

- Working knowledge of billing processes, including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
