Azota Gas Processing, Ltd. is expanding and looking for a motivated and detail‑driven
Project Engineerto join our team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about supporting the design, planning, and execution of gas processing projects in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
As a Project Engineer, you’ll support the full project lifecycle—from early planning through construction, commissioning, and close‑out. You’ll work closely with engineering, procurement, construction, and operations teams to ensure our projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.
- Support planning, coordination, and execution of gas processing facility projects
- Assist with scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
- Review engineering designs, specifications, and technical documentation
- Collaborate with cross‑functional internal and external teams
- Track project progress and prepare regular updates
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements
- Identify and help mitigate project risks
- Support procurement activities including vendor selection and material tracking
- Participate in site visits, inspections, and commissioning activities
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Civil, or related) or Construction Management
- 2–5 years of project engineering experience, ideally in oil & gas or energy
- Familiarity with gas processing technologies (a plus)
- Experience with project management tools (MS Project, Primavera P6) and engineering software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks)
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel to project sites as needed
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or progress toward licensure
- PMP certification or formal project management training
- Experience with EPC project delivery
- Knowledge of HAZOP, P&ID reviews, and construction safety practices
