Position Overview:
This is an excellent opportunity for an entry-level candidate to support a project team by organizing, reviewing, and compiling essential backup documentation required for customer billing in the energy sector.
Key Responsibilities:
•
Create and maintain project documentation, including memos, lien waivers, and other project-related documents.
•
Review documentation from general contractors and service providers to ensure compliance, including certified payroll, insurance certificates, permits, and related materials.
•
Organize and manage project files and records to ensure they are accurate, current, and easily accessible.
•
Collaborate with project teams to collect and compile necessary documentation for key project deliverables and milestones.
•
Support the preparation of project reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed.
•
Work with cross-functional teams (e.g., project managers, finance) to ensure accurate and timely documentation and billing.
Required Skills:
•
Prior experience in billing, documentation administration, or project administration.
•
Familiarity with project management tools such as SAP, Microsoft Excel, Primavera, or Procore is preferred.
•
Experience working with or for public sector organizations is a plus.
Education & Certifications:
•
Associate or bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, accounting, project management, or a related field.
•
Recommended Certification: Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) or equivalent.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $30.00 - $34.00 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
Schedule:
•8 hour shift
